1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Quintly" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to Quintly, operating at 200 Asoke Montri Road, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
  • "Website" refers to the site accessible at quintlyrp.pro.
  • "Service" refers to the financial education programs and related materials offered by Quintly.
  • "User" / "You" refers to any person accessing the Website or enrolling in a program.
  • "Participant" refers to an enrolled individual attending a Quintly program.
  • "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this Website or enrolling in a Quintly program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or enrol in our programs.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or have the written consent of a parent or guardian if aged 16–17. Use of this Website by persons under 16 is not permitted.

3. Service Description

Quintly provides structured financial education programs delivered in small-group session formats in Bangkok, Thailand. Programs currently offered include:

  • Budgeting Masterclass for Families (5 sessions)
  • Small Business Financial Fundamentals (6 sessions)
  • Youth Financial Awareness Program (4 sessions)

Programs are delivered in English. Session materials, templates, and planning tools are included in program fees. Availability of specific program dates is subject to cohort capacity.

Quintly is an education provider. Nothing in our programs constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All examples used in sessions are hypothetical. Participants should consult qualified professionals for advice on their specific financial situations.

4. Enrollment and Booking

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Quintly reserves the right to refuse enrollment without providing a reason.

Confirmed enrollment details, including session dates and venue information, will be communicated by email within 5 business days of payment.

5. Payment

All program fees are denominated in Thai Baht (฿). Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Fees are inclusive of all session materials. No additional costs apply after enrollment unless agreed in writing for optional add-on services.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations by the participant:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the first session: full refund minus a ฿500 administrative fee
  • Cancellation 7–14 days before the first session: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the first session: no refund
  • Non-attendance without cancellation: no refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Quintly reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to insufficient enrollment, facilitator unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or be offered an equivalent alternative session date.

7. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

  • Attend sessions punctually and engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants
  • Not share, reproduce, or distribute session materials without written permission from Quintly
  • Not record sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent
  • Not use the programs for commercial purposes, resale, or redistribution of content
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any information shared by other participants during group discussions

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, templates, curricula, and website content are the intellectual property of Quintly. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use session materials for their own personal or business use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from Quintly materials without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Quintly's programs are educational in nature. We make no representation that participation in any program will result in specific financial outcomes, changes in financial behaviour, or improvements to financial circumstances.

This Website and all program content are provided "as is". Quintly does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Information contained in programs is intended for general educational purposes only and does not constitute personalised financial advice. Nothing in our programs should be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified financial adviser, tax professional, or legal counsel.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Quintly's liability to any participant or user in connection with any program or use of this Website shall not exceed the total fee paid by that participant for the relevant program.

Quintly shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of this Website or participation in our programs, including loss of income or business opportunity.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

Quintly may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Website or enrollment in programs after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
